Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RED SOLUTIONS PRIME LLC d/b/a State Filings (“State Filings,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use state-filings.us (the “Site”) and our services. It applies to information we collect online, by email, and by phone. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site we collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with the Site, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this for site operation, security, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. You may also request an opt-out from targeted advertising as described in Sections 7 and 9.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: prepare and submit your filings to the government agencies you select; provide registered agent and other services you purchase; process the payments you authorize; send transactional messages (order confirmations, filing status, billing authorizations, renewal reminders); respond to support requests; send marketing about our services (you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link); detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Site and services.
We do not use Social Security numbers or other government identifiers for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than completing the filing or service that requires them, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal information for money. To request an opt-out from disclosures used for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, email support@state-filings.us with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out” or submit the request through our Contact Us page.
4. Registered Agent Service
If you use our registered agent service, we receive service of process, government mail, and other official documents addressed to your company. We scan or forward these to the contact information on your account. These documents may contain personal information about you or third parties; we handle them only to provide the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and business records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Filing and transaction records are generally retained for seven (7) years unless a different period is required or permitted by law. Sensitive identifiers such as SSNs are retained only as long as needed for the filing and any legally required record-keeping, and are stored encrypted. When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive identifiers, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions;
- Portability — receive a copy in a usable format;
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal information, and certain profiling (we do not sell personal information);
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights; and
- Appeal a denial of a rights request, where state law provides.
We extend access, correction, and deletion rights to all customers regardless of state. To exercise any right, email support@state-filings.us with the subject “Privacy Request,” or use the request form on our Contact Us page. We will verify your identity (typically by matching your account email and order details) and respond within the time required by your state's law — generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. Note that we cannot delete information contained in documents already filed with a government agency; those are public records controlled by the agency.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Browser Privacy Signals
Because there is no uniform industry standard for legacy “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You may submit a request to opt out of targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing support@state-filings.us with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out” or through our Contact Us page. We will also process browser-based opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law and supported by our systems.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date, and for material changes we will provide notice by email or a prominent Site notice before the changes take effect.
